Dr. Palmer Piana graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2022, the founding college of the chiropractic profession. From day one, his approach combined the traditional foundations of specific chiropractic care with modern objective technology like digital X-rays and thermal imaging.
He is a Board-Certified Thermologist, one of the few chiropractors in Middle Tennessee with this level of formal thermal imaging training, and reads and writes thermography reports for doctors across the country. At Life Charge, that expertise is used to give patients a clearer picture of how their nervous system is functioning, not just where their pain is.
Dr. Palmer is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish, making the practice genuinely accessible to the full Gallatin and Hendersonville community. Outside the office, he plays rugby for the Nashville team and has traveled to every state in the US along with countries across Asia, Europe, and South America.
He and his wife Olivia relocated to Middle Tennessee to build a practice, and raise their family, in this community. That is not a marketing line. It shapes how this office is run.

Olivia is a skilled thermographic technician and the owner and operator of LiveWell Thermography, her own imaging practice. She handles thermographic scanning and reporting for Life Charge Chiropractic patients, bringing a dedicated level of expertise to the imaging side of care.
Together, Dr. Palmer and Olivia have been partners for 15 years. They relocated to Middle Tennessee together and are raising their family in this community. The care they provide is personal, because this community is home.
Olivia's imaging expertise and Dr. Palmer's chiropractic and thermology training work together to give patients a more complete, objective picture of what is happening in their spine and nervous system.
Dr. Palmer and Olivia did not move to Gallatin to open a clinic. They moved here to build a life. The twins, the community, the practice, it is all part of the same investment in this place.
